Information we process

THE RENDER OFFICE receives your name and email from ChatGPT when you sign in. For paid access, we store your email, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, membership status, and monthly render count.

API keys and prompts

Your OpenAI API key stays only in the memory of your current browser tab. It is not stored in our database, cookies, or browser storage. During generation, the key, prompt, and image settings are sent to OpenAI through a secured server request and are subject to OpenAI's terms.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. THE RENDER OFFICE does not receive your full card number. Stripe sends us the customer email, payment status, customer identifier, and subscription identifier so we can manage access.

Retention and your choices

Subscription and usage data is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain financial records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Contact the merchant using the details on your Stripe receipt to request access, correction, or deletion.

International transfers

OpenAI, Stripe, and hosting providers may process data outside your country. Their safeguards and terms apply. Privacy rights differ by location and remain available where applicable law requires them.

Optional measurement

Product event measurement is off by default. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow or turn off event counts on this browser. Prompts, images, API keys, emails, and page URLs are excluded from those events. Necessary account and payment records are separate. Read the current data-handling details in English.

Private collection storage

The NFT collection workspace saves your collection name, description, creative brief, traits, generation progress, and completed images in your account. Image access and downloads require the matching signed-in account. API keys are never saved. You can delete the collection and its files in the workspace; payment, credit-accounting, and usage records are retained separately as described above.
