يتلقى THE RENDER OFFICE اسمك وبريدك من ChatGPT عند تسجيل الدخول. وللوصول المدفوع نخزن البريد ومعرفات Stripe وحالة الاشتراك وعدد الصور الشهري.

مفاتيح API والأوصاف

يبقى مفتاح OpenAI في ذاكرة علامة التبويب الحالية فقط ولا يُحفظ في قاعدة البيانات أو ملفات الارتباط أو المتصفح. يُرسل المفتاح والوصف والإعدادات إلى OpenAI وفق شروطها.

المدفوعات

يعالج Stripe بيانات الدفع. لا يتلقى THE RENDER OFFICE رقم بطاقتك كاملاً، بل المعلومات اللازمة لإدارة الوصول فقط.

الاحتفاظ والخيارات

نحتفظ بالبيانات لتقديم الخدمة والسجلات المالية ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والالتزامات القانونية. استخدم بيانات التواصل في إيصال Stripe لطلبات الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف.

النقل الدولي

قد تعالج OpenAI وStripe ومزودو الاستضافة البيانات خارج بلدك. تنطبق ضماناتهم وشروطهم وحقوقك بموجب القانون المحلي.

Optional measurement

Product event measurement is off by default. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow or turn off event counts on this browser. Prompts, images, API keys, emails, and page URLs are excluded from those events. Necessary account and payment records are separate. Read the current data-handling details in English.

Private collection storage

The NFT collection workspace saves your collection name, description, creative brief, traits, generation progress, and completed images in your account. Image access and downloads require the matching signed-in account. API keys are never saved. You can delete the collection and its files in the workspace; payment, credit-accounting, and usage records are retained separately as described above.
