Help with the studio.

Sign in with the same ChatGPT email used at checkout. A different account email may not show the membership attached to your Stripe payment. If activation is delayed, allow the payment confirmation to complete and check the account status again.

For billing questions, cancellation, or a request that cannot be resolved in the studio, contact the merchant using the contact details on your Stripe receipt. Include the receipt reference and a concise description of the problem, without sending your OpenAI key or full card number.

The refund tool requires sign-in and verifies that the referenced Stripe payment belongs to the customer account. It checks the live payment and presents the eligible remaining amount before you explicitly confirm the request.

A submitted refund may be pending or require further action; the tool shows the status returned by Stripe. For collection-credit payment questions or refunds, contact the merchant using the details on your receipt. The instant-refund tool covers eligible membership invoices. Refunded or disputed credit payments remove the corresponding credits. A refund is not the same as canceling a subscription, and separately billed OpenAI API charges are outside this service’s Stripe refund flow. Review the terms and your receipt for further help.

Confirm that your membership is active, the prompt is filled in, and your OpenAI project has image access and available usage. Reconnect the key after reloading the studio because the application keeps it only in memory for the session.

If OpenAI rejects the request, check the key, project permissions, billing, and limits in your OpenAI account. The studio cannot grant provider access or change OpenAI charges. Download single-image studio results before leaving. The collection workspace stores its results privately so you can return to download them.
