我们处理的信息

登录时，THE RENDER OFFICE 会从 ChatGPT 获取你的姓名和邮箱。为提供付费访问，我们保存邮箱、Stripe 标识、会员状态和每月渲染次数。

API 密钥与提示词

OpenAI 密钥只保留在当前标签页内存中，不会存入数据库、Cookie 或浏览器存储。生成时，密钥、提示词和设置会依照 OpenAI 条款发送。

付款

Stripe 处理付款信息。THE RENDER OFFICE 不会收到完整卡号，只接收管理访问所需的信息。

保留与选择

为提供服务、保存财务记录、防止滥用和履行法律义务，我们会保留数据。请使用 Stripe 收据上的联系方式申请访问、更正或删除。

跨境传输

OpenAI、Stripe 和托管服务商可能在你所在国家以外处理数据。其保障措施与条款以及当地法律规定的权利适用。

Optional measurement

Product event measurement is off by default. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow or turn off event counts on this browser. Prompts, images, API keys, emails, and page URLs are excluded from those events. Necessary account and payment records are separate. Read the current data-handling details in English.

Private collection storage

The NFT collection workspace saves your collection name, description, creative brief, traits, generation progress, and completed images in your account. Image access and downloads require the matching signed-in account. API keys are never saved. You can delete the collection and its files in the workspace; payment, credit-accounting, and usage records are retained separately as described above.
