Use case / Agencies

AI Image Generator for Creative Agencies

Bring a route to the presentation without pretending the production is finished. An image concept can make a creative conversation more specific.

For creative agencies, independent art directors, and design studios working through client concepts.

Open The Render Office

Generation requires ChatGPT sign-in, an active Render Office membership, and your own OpenAI API key with image access. OpenAI usage is billed separately.

Separate the creative question from the deliverable

A pitch may ask whether a visual world feels right; a final campaign asks whether every detail is approved and usable. Define which of those jobs you are doing. The studio is built for the first conversation: new campaign, product, and editorial concepts from text.

Before generating, agree on the number of routes, the review criteria, and what the client will receive. Describe generated concepts as concepts. Avoid implying an actual shoot, customer campaign, or measured business result when none exists.

Protect the brief before submitting it

Use only information you are authorized to share with the service and OpenAI. Replace confidential launch names or sensitive details with neutral descriptions when they are not needed to evaluate the direction. Check your client obligations and the current provider data terms.

Each generation request passes your API key and prompt through our server to OpenAI. The key stays in the studio’s browser memory for the session; it is not an agency credential vault. Use an appropriate OpenAI project and manage access and budgets there.

Make the handoff easy to review

Package the selected PNG, the written brief, the intended placement, and unresolved details. Include what should carry into production—light, material, palette—and what should not, such as an inaccurate object or temporary composition.

Membership is individual account access with a render allowance. Shared workspaces, team seats, and collaborative approvals are not current features. Keep agency review and asset management in your existing systems, and compare the total membership, API, and finishing costs before committing.

An example brief

Illustrative prompt · output varies

Landscape concept for a creative agency’s culture report. Abstract stacked paper forms on warm gray, one cobalt blue plane, directional daylight, tactile cut edges. Keep the upper left open for a report title added in layout. No lettering.

Review the result: Ask whether the image supports the report’s subject and whether the proposed production team can carry its material and lighting direction forward.
