THE RENDER OFFICEAI IMAGE DEPT.

Before you submit a brief

Know the request path.

A practical explanation of the current studio. Read this alongside the privacy policy, membership terms, and the policies of the providers involved.

API keys and creative work

Your OpenAI API key is held in browser memory for the open session. During generation, the key, prompt, format, and quality are sent over HTTPS to our server. After account and usage checks, the server calls OpenAI. This means the service receives the key transiently; it is not a claim of a zero-access architecture.

The single-image studio does not save prompts or generated images to your account. API keys are never saved in the database or browser storage. The collection workspace saves collection briefs, traits, progress, and generated images privately until you delete the collection. It does not add keys to URLs, page source, public JavaScript, analytics payloads, or application logs. Single-image results remain in the open studio until you download or leave them; collection results can be downloaded later after signing in. OpenAI and hosting infrastructure process requests under their own applicable policies.

Account and payment records

ChatGPT sign-in supplies the identity used for account access. The service stores the email, Stripe identifiers, membership state, monthly generation usage, credit orders, and credit accounting needed to operate the account. Deleting a collection removes its saved images and creative details; payment and usage records are retained separately. Stripe handles payment details; this application does not receive the full card number.

Refund access is tied to the signed-in customer and verified live payment. Payment references and short-lived confirmation tokens are used by the refund flow, not included in optional browser measurement. Contact the merchant through your receipt for account or privacy requests.

Optional measurement

Optional browser measurement is off by default. Analytics preferences in the footer lets you allow or turn off counts of defined product actions. The browser stores that device-specific preference. Event records contain a random event ID, action name, date, and source—not your prompt, key, email, image, or page URL.

The service uses short-lived rate counters derived from the request address to limit abuse; it does not store the raw address in those counters. Verified paid Stripe checkouts are counted once per checkout as operational payment records, separately from optional browser measurement. Global Privacy Control disables optional browser collection. Optional event counts stay with The Render Office and are not forwarded to third-party advertising services.

Commercial usage considerations

Review your rights to the inputs, the applicable provider terms, and the actual output. Inspect trademarks, recognizable people, product accuracy, and anything that may imply an unsupported claim. The studio does not guarantee exclusive ownership, clearance, or suitability for every commercial use.

Generated concepts can help with direction, but they are not evidence of a real product, event, or customer result. Use accurate assets where the audience needs factual information. Obtain the reviews appropriate to the destination before publishing.

Service availability

The studio supports multiple interface languages and depends on OpenAI, ChatGPT, Stripe, and hosting services. Account access, model availability, and payments can vary by country or provider. A translated page does not guarantee that every service is available in every location.

Commercial resources are currently in English, alongside the existing translated guides and studio interface. Language links on an English-only resource open the studio or guide index in the selected language rather than pretending the new page has a translation.
