Define what should move and why
For a fictional campaign about a new design publication, the motion might reveal a title while a paper form shifts gently in the background. Decide whether the movement explains the message, guides attention, or simply establishes atmosphere.
Ask the motion designer which elements need independent control. A flattened image may be useful as a style reference while still requiring reconstruction, cutouts, additional backgrounds, or separate type layers.
Make a motion-oriented asset brief
Record the intended duration, placements, text moments, and movement boundaries as project requirements supplied by the publishing team. Do not assume a beautiful still can be expanded or animated in every direction without additional work.
| Decision | Describe | Production implication |
|---|---|---|
| Focal movement | What moves and where attention goes | May require separate subject assets |
| Background | What becomes visible during movement | May need reconstruction or extra coverage |
| Typography | Approved words and timing | Keep editable in the motion project |
| Delivery | Actual placements and specifications | Create the required exports separately |
Choose a source with workable geometry
Favor a clear focal arrangement and enough background around moving elements. Complicated overlaps, reflections, or thin details may increase separation and reconstruction work. Let the motion designer review the source before the client approves an animation plan.
THE RENDER OFFICE generates PNG still concepts from text. It does not produce a layered motion project or a finished video in this workflow. Budget animation, sound, editing, and export as separate work.
Hand off the concept with its limits
Send the selected still, intended movement notes, approved text, and unresolved production questions. Identify whether the image is only a style reference or an asset intended for direct use.
Review the completed motion at the actual placement and with appropriate accessibility considerations in the publishing workflow. A successful still-image concept does not establish that the final animation is complete or that it improves campaign results.
