Separate the setting from the product claim
For a moisturizer launch, the team might explore a clean bathroom surface, an abstract light study, or a close view of a material. These settings create atmosphere. They do not demonstrate hydration, effectiveness, safety, or a particular ingredient concentration.
List what the campaign actually says about the formula and packaging. Identify who supplies the approved wording and supporting records. Keep this information outside image generation so a decorative choice does not quietly become an unsupported claim.
Choose what the concept is allowed to invent
An abstract surface and lighting direction can be invented for discussion. The product's container shape, label, fill quantity, and closure should come from accurate assets. If a texture image is meant to show the real formula, use a verified source rather than a generated cream-like material.
THE RENDER OFFICE accepts written prompts and creates new PNG images; it has no product-photo upload or local editing controls. Use it to explore the surroundings, then introduce approved product assets in an appropriate finishing application. Keep exact label text editable and legible.
From the brief
Illustrative background concept for a moisturizer campaign. Pale matte surface, soft daylight through a frosted window, subtle curved shadow, restrained cream and cool gray colors. Leave a clear empty area on the right for an approved product photograph and space on the left for later text. No bottles, jars, plants, laboratory equipment, people, lettering, or logos. Landscape composition.
Review ingredient and science imagery in context
A plant, fruit, molecule, or laboratory scene can imply something about a formula even when no sentence makes the claim. Ask why each symbol is present and whether a reasonable buyer could infer an ingredient, origin, test, or benefit that the brand has not established.
Remove decorative evidence cues that do not belong to the product story. Avoid generated before-and-after images presented as real treatment results. When a visual is an illustrative concept, make that role clear wherever confusion is likely.
| Element | Question before approval | Source or action |
|---|---|---|
| Packaging | Does the shape, label, and closure match the sold item? | Compare with approved product photography |
| Texture | Is this presented as the actual formula? | Use a verified formula image when accuracy is required |
| Ingredient cue | Does the visual imply an unsupported ingredient or benefit? | Confirm with the product and claims owner |
| Results imagery | Could viewers mistake a concept for a real outcome? | Use substantiated evidence or remove the implication |
Build the final composition with approved information
Place the accurate product image, headline, and required information in the actual campaign layout. Check the contact shadow, reflections, perspective, and label visibility after compositing. A matching color palette does not automatically make the product sit convincingly in the scene.
Review the social crop and landing-page version separately. The product name and claim should remain readable, while supporting information should remain available in the intended context. Do not add small legal or product text as a generated decorative element.
Approve the visual and its message together
Have the product owner review the assembled asset with its caption, destination, and claim wording. Save the approved version and the relevant source records together. Recheck the combination if the wording, formula, package, or target market changes.
The concept workflow is useful when it resolves a visual question before production. Include accurate photography, design, claim review, and export work in the project budget. A convincing generated setting cannot replace those parts of a product launch.
