Separate exact information from visual atmosphere
A campaign background can explore material, light, and composition. The brand name and product offer need exact spelling and approved treatment. Decide which elements will be generated and which will be added from controlled source files before writing the image brief.
For a fictional furniture launch, the image might show a sculptural interior concept, while the design file holds the collection name, short description, and action. If the actual chair must be reproduced accurately, obtain an approved product asset rather than relying on an invented chair in the concept.
Brief the space that the layout needs
Start with the real headline and a rough layout. Describe where the focal subject should sit and where the image needs a quiet area. The amount of space depends on the copy and the placement; a vague request for negative space may not leave a usable region.
Request an image without lettering or logos when those will be added later. This instruction is a direction to evaluate, not a guarantee that every result will be free of marks. Review the candidate for accidental signs, pseudo-lettering, or distracting shapes before placing the approved text.
From the brief
Editorial interior concept with one sculptural object on the right side of the frame. Soft side light, charcoal and warm stone palette, restrained material detail. Keep the left side visually simple and free of objects for a headline added in a design tool. No lettering, signs, logos, or watermarks.
Use approved source files in the finishing tool
Import the chosen image into the team's design application. Add the approved logo asset and type styles, then enter the exact copy. Keep these elements editable so a changed date or translated headline does not require another generation request.
THE RENDER OFFICE produces a PNG image, not an editable layered brand layout. Preserve the design application's source file along with the image. An exported PNG alone does not retain separate text objects, logo paths, or layout rules for the next person.
| Element | Source of truth | Review question |
|---|---|---|
| Image concept | Selected image and brief | Does the composition support the message? |
| Logo | Approved brand asset | Is the correct version placed clearly? |
| Headline and offer | Approved campaign copy | Are spelling, dates, and claims exact? |
| Language version | Reviewed localized copy | Does the layout support the full text? |
Review readability in every placement
Check the text over the actual crop at the displayed size. A quiet area in the full image can become busy after reframing. If the background interferes, adjust the composition or use a deliberate text panel in the design rather than relying on a tiny shadow to rescue the headline.
Review line breaks, spacing, logo clearance, and the hierarchy between the message and action. For web and email, keep essential information as real text where practical. A beautiful image of a headline does not replace an accessible, readable page or message.
Make later revisions predictable
Keep a simple record linking the approved image, editable layout, copy version, and exported files. If the offer changes, update the source layout and regenerate the affected exports. Avoid correcting one exported image while leaving other language or size versions on the previous offer.
For a global campaign, finish the longest and most structurally different text versions early. This reveals whether the composition supports the real content before the team has produced every export.
