Start with a real text block
Use the approved headline or a realistic draft with a similar length. A short placeholder can make an image appear spacious until a longer product name or translated message arrives.
Sketch where the heading, supporting text, and CTA sit in the intended placement. Reserve enough room around them rather than treating every unoccupied area as interchangeable. Fine texture can still compete with small text.
Plan the subject and quiet area together
Give the prompt a subject zone and a text zone. Review the boundary between them, because a shadow, reflection, or decorative object can intrude into the area intended for the headline.
| Placement | Image decision | Review with |
|---|---|---|
| Wide header | Subject placed away from the text column | Actual headline and CTA |
| Narrow card | A simpler focal area | The longest expected label |
| Translated layout | Enough flexible empty space | Real translated copy and reading direction |
| Mobile stack | Image works independently of overlaid text | The complete stacked layout |
Generate the background without factual lettering
Keep exact words, logos, and offer details in the design tool or page markup. This allows the team to revise or translate the message without generating a new image merely to change the text.
From the brief
Minimal abstract campaign background. A small arrangement of matte geometric forms confined to the right third, soft directional light, restrained neutral palette, broad smooth empty field on the left with no shadows crossing it. No text, letters, logos, people, or decorative pattern. Landscape composition.
Approve the composition in context
Place the image behind the real text and review its contrast and crop. If a translated message needs a different layout, create that layout instead of shrinking important words until they are difficult to read.
THE RENDER OFFICE does not produce an editable text layout or guarantee that a new request preserves the previous subject. Save the chosen PNG, finish the design separately, and retain the approved language versions together.
