Set scope and revision limits for AI image concept work

Fast generation does not remove the need for a clear scope. A project can still expand through changing product facts, competing reviewers, or requests for a different concept after a direction has been approved.

This is an original planning guide, not a customer case study or a measured revenue result. Scenarios and prompts are untested. Product controls checked September 14, 2026.

Define a round by the review decision

A revision round can mean one consolidated set of feedback from the named reviewer against an agreed presentation. Describe the submission format and the expected decision. Do not let every message from every stakeholder silently become another round.

For a campaign background, useful feedback might preserve the soft side light while asking for more empty space behind the headline. A request to change the product, audience, setting, and message together is a new direction that needs a fresh scope discussion.

Classify changes before making them

Use a small change record to distinguish clarification, revision, factual correction, and a new assignment. The label should help the team understand the effect on work, not be used to dismiss necessary feedback.

Explain how this studio handles another attempt

In THE RENDER OFFICE, changing the text creates a new image. It does not selectively edit one region while locking every other detail. Explain that behavior when a reviewer asks for a tiny change to an otherwise approved composition.

Save the selected result before generating again. If a precise local correction is essential, move to an appropriate editing workflow using the saved asset. Repeated generation is not a reliable substitute for every kind of retouching.

Make the stopping point visible

Record the acceptance criteria, planned review rounds, and decision owner at the start. If the project reaches its stated limit without a usable result, review the brief and workflow before simply extending it.

At completion, name the approved concept and any remaining production tasks. Approval of mood does not automatically approve accurate product representation, final copy, or every export. Keep those decisions explicit in the handoff.
